hey family

hows everything goin? everything here is goin good! thats super cool that elder muirs little brother knows andrew. elder muir is a good friend of mine here in the mission.

my new companions name is elder laduke. he is from minnesota. he is pretty cool. so last wednesday i had a meeting in the morning to get companion and thats where they announced that. it was pretty cool. after we had a lunch with some members and then we went out and tried to see a couple of people. no one was home. then we had dinner with the stake. it was pretty good. after we saw a couple more potentials. thursday. we had district meeting. and then we went out to work. we went out tracting for a little bit. no luck. tried to see a couple old investigators. then ate some subway and after went to our investigator carlos. we taught him about the gospel of jesus christ. and then we went and saw jose. he is doing good.

friday planned for our week. then we tracted some more houses. its hard to find spanish people who are intrested tracting. but it was alright. then that night we had a lesson with jose hernandez and the jose he lives with. it was good.

saterday. we did service in the morning with one of the other elders investigators and then we had some studies and then went to work. no one was home again. but got a lot of returns for next week so it should be a good upcoming week.

sunday had church. everyone could tell my companion was new. his spanish is a lot better than mine when i came out but he just still has that face of a new missionary. it was good though. for the other elders they got the 2 daughters of the rubios to be interviewed to be baptized this saturday. and they are good to go! im super excited for that. then after we saw a couple less actives and potentials. it was a good week! hope everyones doin good.
