hey family

hows everything going? this past week was pretty good. so for p days in this zone we play a lot of basketball. its pretty fun we have 20 elders so its good. not all of em can play that well though.

last monday night we had an fhe with the villalovos family. we taught their 6 and 7 year old kids about the plan of salvation. and also answered some deep doctrine questions for the parents. it was pretty good and they fed us pretty good.

on tuesday we went up their again for lunch with the elders we live with. then we came back and went out. tried to see a couple people then went over and saw our less active josefina. and she taught us how to cook. we cooked some tortillas and some other things. it was fun. then after that we tried to see jose but he wasnt home.

wednesday we did a team up in our area so we could try and find more people. it didnt go too well but we talked to a couple of people. so that was good. that night we had dinner with the perez family. it was pretty good.

thursday we had a zone traning meeting. it was good. our mission is cutting down on the music selection a lot. we used to listen to a lot of christian rock and rap and regea but no more of that. just motab and slower stuff that is centered on christ. after, we went out and saw some people. had dinner with the ochoas. it was good we also tried to see a couple people in our north area and some recent converts. then we got on the computer and looked up some videos on mormon.org that we could use in lessons.

friday we planned for our week. and tried too see a bunch of people. a lot of old investigators and other members to try to get referals. but no luck.

saturday we went to the baptism of cesar salinas. it was really cool and we felt the spirit a lot. then we went out and went to a couple return appointments. invited more people to church.

sunday church was a little more organized. we are getting more people sigin up for dinners too. after church we tried to see as many people as we could and we only found a couple people home. it was a little rough but we are looking forward to next week! hope everyone has a good week!
