hey family

hows everything goin? its crazy that josh burton is back already. thats wild. and its good that sam perez is doing good as well. this past week was a short one. on the 4th of july in the evening we had a family invite us over for some bbq. it was the best ever! im serious. then we saw 17 miracles again with our zone. on thursday we had district meeting.....and we just talked about numbers the whole time....it was boring. missionary work isnt about numbers. its about inviting others to come unto christ by helping them receive the restored gospel. anyways. we went out and tried to see some poeple. we tried to see a couple of our members and they both were really cool and want us over for dinner which is allways a good thing.

friday, we planned for our week. and then we had a lesson with the chavez family. they are reading the book of mormon and we taught em about prophets. super cool. then we had dinner at the montoyas house like every friday. then we went and played indoor soccer. me and elder villar were on the same team and we won a lot. they only play games to 2 indoor so they are pretty quick. super fun.

saterday was pretty rough. we tried to see a ton of people but no one was home. saw jose. he said he was ready to be interviewed on sunday. so that was cool. went to a baptism. and then had correlation.

sunday. had church. jose got interviewed. he is good to go for the 14th. he also got to talk with bishop woodland a little bit. after church we had stake correlation. and then me and my comp taught a couple of lessons. it was a good end to our week. welp hope everything is goin well!
